Short answer
English Turn is a gated golf community of large custom homes in lower Algiers, beside New Aurora. Big houses here often run two or three systems or one zoned system, so common calls are replacing aging equipment, zoning problems and humidity control. We serve English Turn and New Aurora in ZIP 70131, 24/7.
Big homes, several systems
A large custom home rarely runs on one system. Two or three units, or one system split into zones, is common, and each has its own thermostat, air handler and drain. When one quits, the others keep part of the house comfortable and the problem can go unnoticed for days, so it pays to know which system serves which rooms. A simple label on each air handler makes the next service call faster.
When a system in a house like this reaches replacement age, the question is bigger than tonnage. Which zones overcool, which rooms stay clammy, and would a variable-speed system or a whole-house dehumidifier fix comfort problems the old equipment never did? We look at the whole house before pricing new equipment, and you get the price before any work begins.
