Privacy statement
We collect only what we need to look after your system. This page explains what that is, how it is used and how to ask about it.

Information you give us
This website does not ask you to fill in forms. When you call us, we ask for the details we need to help: your name, the service address, a phone number, and a description of the problem. We use them to schedule and complete the work, to follow up about it, and to keep records of the service we provided.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads. The map on our pages loads from Google Maps only when you choose to view it, and Google's privacy policy applies to that content.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to provide and schedule service, answer questions, keep service records and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide service: with the technicians and staff handling your call, with suppliers when a part or warranty claim requires it, and where the law requires. If your call is forwarded to another local HVAC company because none of our technicians can reach you in a reasonable time, the details you give are used by that company to handle your request.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for warranty, maintenance and legal purposes, and then delete or securely dispose of them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us at (504) 520-4201, or write to us at 12784 Faircrest Dr, Washington, MI 48094.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
